Once again Holiday Isle Improvement Association had more categories than just Best House on the Harbor.  We award gift certificates to all of these first (1st) place winners.

#1 - Best House on the Harbor - three time winner - 623 Lagoon - Peter and Cynthia Wilson.  The judges named this house "Snowflake Village."  (MIKE:  The phone numbers I have for the Wilsons are 650-9880 and 543-6339 so you will be able to notify them when to come get their plack at the City meeting.)
